Matthew Thornton is the lead vocal and guitarist for Phoenix, Arizona indie rock band, Vinyl Station. They toured in 2015 opening for Rob Thomas on The Great Unknown Tour.

Police Activities League was reintroduced to the community in June of 2016 to address the needs of at-risk youth and build positive relationships between youth and the police.  PAL brings together police officers and boys and girls through sports and school-related activities.
